-Protect access to LGBTQ+ healthcare for youth and adults including via Medicaid/Medical Assistance and CHIP
-Ensure HIV healthcare and prevention programs are fully funded and require insurers to cover HIV care
-Ensure parents and caregivers cannot be investigated or punished for obtaining evidence-based healthcare for their children
-Protect private healthcare data from federal agencies
-Protect licensed healthcare providers from federal persecution

Our communities are under attack with the federal government taking away healthcare access to our most vulnerable youth, adults, and elders. You have the power to save our lives by making clear that healthcare services for all LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians continues in accordance to state law — regardless of threats from Washington, DC.
